The Job: You will need to accompany clients through the implementation anddeployment of their temporary staffing system. This is a customer facingrole that may require some travel within the UK. You will act as a reference for clients and internal staff to show themhow to get the best out of the system, and be a key point of contact forclients who want to expand their use of their platform. You will liaisewith the technical support team and sales teams to ensure these teamsare aware of key information about your clients. The Person: You will be - a Project Manager: you'll manage the deployment of the SaaS systeminto a client. You will use your technical knowledge and excellentorganisational skills to ensure the system is delivered on-time and to ahigh standard. - a Consultant: You will act as a partner to the client, using yourknowledge and experience of similar projects to help them use theirsystem to fit their business needs. - an Account Manager: You will manage the client relationship. To dothis you will combine a knowledge of account analysis with your customerfacing skills, making sure the client is happy. You will act as the'bridge' between the client and the business, feeding back clientrequirements so they can formulate their future roadmap.
